We support all major translation file formats: MQXLIFF (MemoQ), SDLXLIFF (SDL Trados), XLIFF 1.2/2.0, MXLIFF (Phrase TMS), TMX (Translation Memory), TBX (TermBase), PO/POT (GNU Gettext), RESX (.NET), JSON (i18n), SRT and VTT (subtitles).
Every word in your source segments is counted. For bilingual formats (XLIFF, TMX, PO), we count source words. For monolingual formats (JSON, RESX, SRT), we count the translation text. RevCheck counts words in both uploaded documents.
Yes! Our Pay as you go plan gives you 15,000 words free every month. If you need more, you can either pay €0.02 per 1,000 additional words, or upgrade to a subscription plan for better rates.
No. Your files are processed in memory only and are NOT stored on our servers. Once processing is complete, your document data is immediately discarded.
No. We use Anthropic's Claude API for analysis, which operates under commercial terms. Your data is never used to train or improve any AI models. Anthropic retains API data for only 7 days for abuse prevention, then permanently deletes it.
